Julia Blanter is a culinary adventurer with extensive experience in kitchens and restaurants all around the world. Born in the colorful, multicultural landscape of Sydney, Australia, Julia has lived in many places in the UK, Europe, and the US —including most recently on Martha’s Vineyard. Her book The Martha's Vineyard Cookbook: 100 Recipes from the Island's Restaurants, Farmers, Fishermen & Food Artisans is an edible tour across the island’s six towns.
