About the Moderator

Lanny Breuer, Vice Chair of Covington and a former Assistant Attorney General for the Criminal Division at the U.S. Department of Justice, is considered one of the top trial defense attorneys in the U.S. A Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, he specializes in high-stakes criminal and civil investigations. From 2009-2013, while at the U.S. Department of Justice, he was widely acknowledged as a thought leader in the area of criminal law enforcement.
