About the Moderator
Mara Liasson
Mara Liasson is NPR’s senior national political correspondent, covering presidential elections, Capitol Hill, and the White House for Morning Edition and All Things Considered. A Brown University graduate with a degree in American history, she began her career at The Vineyard Gazette and KPFA in San Francisco before joining NPR in 1985. Since 1997, she has also contributed political analysis to Fox News, appearing regularly on Special Report with Bret Baier and Fox News Sunday. She lives in Washington, DC and Vineyard Haven, MA.
