Daniel Schlozman
Daniel Schlozman is Joseph and Bertha Bernstein Associate Professor of Political Science at Johns Hopkins University. He is author of The Hollow Parties: The Many Pasts and Disordered Present of American Party Politics (2024; with Sam Rosenfeld) and When Movements Anchor Parties: Electoral Alignments in American History (2015). His essays have appeared in the New York Times, the New York Review of Books, Democracy, n+1, and Dissent. He lives in Baltimore and Chilmark.
