About the Moderator

Alexandra Styron is the author of a novel and two non-fiction books, including the bestselling memoir Reading My Father. Her work has appeared in The New Yorker, The Atlantic, The New York Times, Vanity Fair, and The Boston Globe among other publications. She currently teaches memoir writing in the MFA program at Hunter College. She lives with her husband and two children in Brooklyn, New York and on Martha’s Vineyard. .She is a member of the MV Book Festival Advisory Board.
